The winner of the 2026-2027 Thai FA Cup, typically a THA1 team, also receives a berth in the League Stage of the 2027-2028 AFC Champions League.

Each THA1 team plays Home-Away matches with the other 15 THA1 teams for a total of 30 league matches. Table ranking ties are broken by (1) goal difference, then (2) total goals scored.

Not applicable.
Relegation
At the end of the 2026-2027 Regular season, the 14th, 15th and 16th place THA1 teams will be relegated directly to the THA2.
