The 1st and 2nd Rounds are Knockout matches. If a 1st Round match is tied, the higher seed advances because matches were played at the lower seeds's home venue. If a 2nd Round match is tied, teams go straight to a penalty kick shoot-out. After the 2nd Round, all match-ups are Home/Away, highest aggregate goals advances. If the final aggregate is tied, teams go straight to a penalty shoot-out.
