Season Format
During the 2027 CHN1 season, each CHN1 team plays Home-Away matches against the other 15 teams CHN1 teams for a total of 30 league matches per team. During the Regular season, table ranking ties are broken by (1) head-to-head points, (2) head-to-head goal difference, (3) head-to-head goals scored, (4) goal difference,then (5) goals scored, then (6) previous season rankings. After the Regular season, table ranking ties are broken by (1) head-to-head points, (2) head-to-head goal difference, (3) head-to-head goals scored, (4) goal difference, (5) goals scored, (6) disciplinary points (red card = 3 pts, yellow card= 1 pt), then (7) a drawing.
Playoffs
Not applicable.
Relegation
At the end of the 2026 CHN1 season, the 15th and 16th place CHN1 teams will be relegated directly to CHN2, and the 1st and 2nd place CHN2 teams will be promoted to the 2027 CHN1.
