- 1st place 2026-2027 SVN1 team
- 2027-2028 UEFA Europa Conference League - 2nd Qualifying Round:
- 2nd and 3rd place 2026-2027 SVN1 teams
The winner of the 2026-2027 Pokal Nogometne zveze Slovenije (Slovenian Cup), typically a SVN1 team, also receives a berth in the 1st Qualifying Round of the 2027-2028 UEFA Europa League.

Season Format
Each SVN1 team plays Home-Away matches with the other 9 SVN1 teams twice for a total of 36 league matches per team. Table ranking ties are broken by (1) head-to-head points, (2) head-to-head goal difference, (3) head-to-head goals scored, (4) head-to-head Away goals scored (5) goal difference, (6) goals scored.
Playoffs
Not applicable.
Relegation
At the end of the 2026-2027 SVN1 season, the 10th place SVN1 team will be relegated to the SVN2. The 9th place SVN1 team will enter into a Home-Away highest aggregate score wins Promotion/Relegation Playoff with the 2nd place SVN2 team. The Playoff winner and the 1st place SVN2 team will play in the 2027-2028 SVN1.
