The winner of 2025-2026 The Custodian Of The Two Holy Mosques Cup or King Cup, typically an KSA1 team, also receives a berth in the League Stage of the 2027 AFC Champions Elite League.

Each KSA1 team plays Home-Away matches with the other 17 KSA1 teams for a total of 34 league matches per team. Table ranking ties are broken by (1) head-to-head points, (2) head-to-head goal difference, (3) total goal difference, (4) total goals scored, then (5) Fair-play points.
Playoffs
Not applicable.
Relegation
At the end of the 2025-2026 Regular season, the 16th, 17th and 18th place KSA1 teams will be relegated directly to the KSA2.
