The Oman Professional League (OMA1) is the top football league in the Oman football system. At the end of the 2025-2026 OMA1 season, the OMA1 teams listed below qualify for the following non-league play:

- 1st place 2025-2026 OMA1 team

The winner of the 2026 Sultan Qaboos Cup, typically an OMA1 team, also receives a berth in the Group Stage of the 2027 AFC Challenge League.

Each OMA1 team plays Home-Away matches with the other 13 OMA1 teams for a total of 26 league matches. Table ranking ties are broken by (1) total goal difference, then (2) total goals scored.

Not applicable.

Relegation

At the end of the 2025-2026 Regular season, the 13th and 14th place OMA1 teams will be relegated directly to the OMA2.
