The Liga de Elite (MAC1) is the top football league in the Macau football system. At the end of the 2025 MAC1 season, the MAC1 teams listed below qualify for the following non-league play:

Season Format

The MAC1 season consists of 2 stages. In the 1st Stage, each MAC1 team plays the other 9 MAC1 teams twice (18 league matches per team). The 2nd Stage consists of the Championship Round (1st Stage teams ranked 1-5) and the Relegation Round (1st Stage teams ranked 6-10). In the Championship Round, the 5 teams play each other twice (8 more matches, 26 total league matches per team). In the Relegation Round, the 5 teams play each other twice (8 more matches, 26 total league matches per team). Table ranking ties are broken by (1) total goal difference, then (2) total goals scored.

Playoffs

Not applicable.

Relegation

At the end of the 2025 Regular season, the 9th and 10th place MAC1 teams will be relegated directly to the MAC2.
