In the 2025 FRO1 each FRO1 teams plays matches against the other 9 FRO1 teams three times, for a total of 27 regular season matches. Table ranking ties are broken by (1) goal difference, then (2) total goals scored.

Relegation
At the end of the 2025 FRO1 season, the 9th and 10th place FRO1 teams will be relegated to the FRO2 and the 1st and 2nd place FRO2 teams will be promoted to the 2026 FRO1.
