Summary
The 2025-2026 CAF Confederation Cup (CAFCC) is Africa's 2nd most prestigious club football tournament where 45 of 55 CAF F/As (football associations) participated. Ten eligible F/As did not enter teams. The 2025-2026 CAFCC winner will play against the 2025-2026 CAFCL winner in the 2026 CAF Super Cup.
Club teams qualified for the 2025-2026 CAFCC based on the Rankings for 2025-2026 CAF Competitions table. This table is based on results from each CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup from the 2020 to 2024 seasons. F/As that were not ranked (due to lack of results in previous CAFCL and CAFCC competitions) were only given one CAFCL berth.
RSB Berkane (MAR1) are the reigning champion.
During the 1st Qualifying Round and the 2nd Qualifying Round, if the aggregate score is tied after the two legs are played, the AWAY goals rule applies. If still tied, a penalty shoot-out is held.
