Each SEN1 team plays Home-Away matches with the other 15 SEN1 teams for a total of 30 league matches per team. Table ranking ties are broken by (1) goal difference, then (2) total goals scored.

Relegation
At the end of the 2025-2026 SEN1 season, the 15th and 16th place SEN1 teams will be relegated to the SEN2, and the 1st and 2nd place SEN2 teams will be promoted to the 2026-2027 SEN1.
