Each SEN1 team plays Home-Away matches with the other 14 SEN1 teams for a total of 34 league matches. Table ranking ties are broken by (1) head-to-head points, (2) head-to-head goal difference, (3) head-to-head goals scored, (4) head-to-head away goals scored, then (5) goal difference.

Relegation

At the end of the 2018-2019 SEN1 season, the 13th, 14th, and 15th place SEN1 teams will be relegated to the SEN2, and the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place SEN2 teams will be promoted to the 2019-2020 SEN1.
