The winner of 2022-2023 The Custodian Of The Two Holy Mosques Cup or King Cup, typically an KSA1 team, also receives a berth in the Group Stage of the 2024 AFC Champions League.

Season Format
Each KSA1 team plays Home-Away matches with the other 15 KSA1 teams for a total of 30 league matches. Table ranking ties are broken by (1) head-to-head points, (2) head-to-head goal difference, (3) total goal difference, (4) total goals scored, then (5) Fair-play ranking.
Playoffs
Not applicable.
Relegation
At the end of the 2022-2023 Regular season, the 15th and 16th place KSA1 teams will be relegated directly to the KSA2.
