- 2023 CAF Confederation Cup:
- 3rd and 4th place 2021-2022 MAR1 teams
- 2022-2023 Arab Club Champions Cup:
- 1st-5th place 2021-2022 MAR1 teams
The winner of the 2022-2023 Moroccan Throne Cup, typically a MAR1 team, also receives a berth in the 2023 CAF Confederation Cup.

Season Format
Each MAR1 team plays Home-Away matches with the other 15 MAR1 teams for a total of 30 league matches. Table ranking ties are broken by (1) head-to-head goal difference, (2) goal difference, (3) total wins, (4) goals scored, then (5) a playoff.

Not applicable.
Relegation
At the end of the 2021-2022 MAR1 season, the 15th and 16th place MAR1 teams will be relegated to the MAR2, and the 1st and 2nd place MAR2 teams will be promoted to the 2022-2023 MAR1.
