The winner of the 2025 Lietuvos futbolo federacijos taurė (Lithuanian Football Federation Cup), typically a LTU1 team, also receives a berth in the 1st Qualifying Round of the 2026 - 2027 UEFA Europa Conference League.

Season Format
During the 2025 LTU1 Regular season, each team plays Home-Away matches with the other 9 LTU1 clubs twice for a total of 36 league matches. Table rankings ties are broken by (1) playoff (to decide champion only), (2) head-to-head points, (3) head-to-head goal difference, (4) head-to-head goals scored, (5) head-to-head matches won, (6) goal difference, (7) goals scored, then (8) matches won, (9) Fair-play Ranking, then (10) a drawing.

Relegation
At the end of the 2025 LTU1 season, the 10th place LTU1 team was relegated to the LTU2 and the 9th place LTU1 team will have a Home/Away highest aggregate goals wins Relegation/Promotion Playoff with the 2nd place LTU2 team.
