The 2024 BOL1 Aggregate Table combines points from both the 2024 BOL1 Primera División and Copa de la División Profesional season matches to rank teams by average points/match.

Season Format
For the 2024 season, the BOL1 teams will be split into 4 groups of 4. Each team plays Home-Away matches against the other 15 BOL1 teams for a total of 30 league matches (15 in the Apertura and 15 in the Clausura). There will be one round of matches between interzonal derby rivals. The top 2 teams in each group will advance to the Quarterfinals. Table rankings ties are broken by (1) goal difference, (2) goals scored, (3) away goals scored, (4) Yellow Cards, (5) Red Cards, then (6) a drawing of lots.

Not applicable.
Relegation
At the end of the 2025 BOL1 Regular season, the 16th and 17th place 2024 BOL1 Aggregate Table teams are relegated to the BOL2, and the 15th place 2024 BOL1 Aggregate Table team will enter into a Home-Away highest aggregate goals wins Promotion/Relegation Playoff with the 2nd place BOL2 team.
